Nicole Braun
CEO/Founder
A people strategy leader of nearly 2 decades, Nicole partners with her clients to design and implement their organization’s transformation journey. Serving clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 50 companies, she has extensive global, multi-cultural experience across all 6 inhabited continents. Her interdisciplinary skill-set allows Nicole to advise on and implement holistic solutions including: organizational design, leadership development, and change management. She is a trusted advisor working with stakeholders at all levels including executive and c-suite. Nicole is known as a unique problem-solver delivering highly-complex solutions across industries including but not limited to: media, healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, printing, retail, hospitality, financial services, telecom, public sector, nonprofit, and energy.
